Holly serves as Chief Financial Officer at Brodie Generational Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s financial strategy with a focus on long-term value creation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. With over two decades of experience in corporate finance, Holly brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to managing financial operations and supporting investment decisions across the firm’s portfolio.
Holly began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she developed a strong foundation in audit, compliance, and financial reporting. She went on to hold senior finance roles at Purolite and Quaker Maid Meats, leading regional and corporate finance teams through periods of transformation and growth. Her experience spans manufacturing, distribution, and private equity-backed businesses, giving her a broad and practical perspective on financial performance and strategic planning.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and MBA from Wilkes University. Holly is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of AICPA, NJCPA and PICPA. Her career reflects a strong track record of building high-performing teams, implementing scalable financial systems, and supporting M&A and growth initiatives. Holly is known for her analytical rigor, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to building strong financial foundations that align with broader business goals supporting entrepreneurial leadership and generational success—values that align closely with Brodie’s mission.
Holly lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, two young daughters and pets.
