
Meredith Rovelli Bollman
General Counsel
Meredith serves as General Counsel at Brodie Generational Capital Partners, where she leads the firm’s legal strategy and provides counsel on complex transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. With over 15 years of experience in corporate law, Meredith brings deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and strategic legal advisory to support the firm’s investment activities and portfolio companies.
Prior to joining BGCP, Meredith served as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development at Tenfore Holdings, a leading New York-based investment firm, where she managed legal affairs and played a key role in portfolio development and identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities.
Meredith began her legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she spent over seven years as a Senior Corporate Attorney. During her tenure at Skadden, she advised clients on a wide variety of complex transactions across multiple industry sectors, including private equity transactions, public and private acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financings, and general corporate matters.
She holds an AB cum laude from Colgate University and a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School.
Meredith serves as Co-Chair of the Brooklyn Bridge Park Bridge Council and serves as an advisor to various boards, reflecting her commitment to community engagement and leadership.
Meredith lives in Brooklyn, NY, with her husband, their two sons and dog.
